PayPlan receives three Collections & Customer Service Awards nominations
We’re continuing our stream of awards success with another three nominations at this year’s Credit Strategy Collections & Customer Service Awards.
It’s been an incredibly busy year for our team – we’ve navigated through the challenges thrown at us by the pandemic – and worked tirelessly to ensure our clients receive an uninterrupted, quality service.
This has been recognised by being shortlisted for the Business Continuity and Debt Advice Provider of the Year awards.
The third nomination we’ve received is for our Vulnerability Lead, Emma Gibbons. Emma has revolutionised the service we provide to vulnerable clients – both through the introduction and implementation of a dedicated team, as well as the ongoing initiatives and tools she has introduced to support their day-to-day roles.
Rachel Duffey, our CEO, said: “In what’s been a challenging 18 months, our teams have worked tirelessly to ensure we adapt and innovate to meet the changing needs of our clients. As part of this we immediately ramped up the support we provide to ensure as many people as possible can maintain arrangements whilst addressing the additional pressures of life.
“This, whilst looking after our own people has been a huge achievement with all our leadership team deserving recognition for spotting those struggling with their own challenges and helping them tackle problems head on.
“We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for these awards – they’re all extremely well-deserved – and can’t wait to see if we can score a hat trick on the night of the ceremony in November!”
