We’re delighted to share that we’ve been nominated for the Debt Advice Provider of the Year award.

Last year, we beat off stiff competition in this category at the Credit Strategy Collections & Customer Service Awards – and we’re hoping to do the same this time round.

Our CEO, Rachel Duffey, said: “We’re extremely grateful to be shortlisted in this category again. The Debt Advice Provider of the Year award is an extremely competitive award with so many wonderful organisations who go above and beyond.

“Over the last 12 months, we’ve continued to enhance our services in what was our busiest year yet. It has been a hugely proactive period for us as a company as we continue to support our customers and those facing arrears as we battle the cost-of-living crisis.”

This year’s award winners will be announced on 30th November 2022 at the Midland Hotel in Manchester.
