PayPlan enhances customer support with on-demand interpreting service
We’re taking our customer support to a new level by partnering with LanguageLine Solutions, to offer real-time interpreting in up to 240 different languages.
In line with our commitment to our Consumer Duty responsibilities, the partnership with LanguageLine will ensure that free debt advice is accessible to customers who previously faced language barriers, making it easier for them to seek assistance.
The introduction of LanguageLine, the largest interpretation services provider in the world, follows our rollout of the British Sign Language (BSL) Video Interpreting Service, SignVideo, earlier this year.
We became the first UK debt advice company to provide access to this service which is now a benchmark for the industry.
