Our CEO, Rachel Duffey, has been featured on Credit Strategy’s new Credit 500, an index of the most influential people in consumer and commercial credit in 2022.

In a largely male-dominated industry, Rachel is a hugely successful CEO, having ensured that many of the top roles within PayPlan are held by women.

Rachel has a passion for helping clients in vulnerable circumstances and made it a personal mission to improve the financial lives of women suffering from domestic abuse. She pioneered a referral relationship with Refuge – and continues to roll-out this best practice approach across the rest of the industry.

The new index was announced at this week’s annual Credit Summit (23 March) and the final selection follows an extensive research and selection process over several months.
